About Kezzlab Site Manager

Built for teams that need the work to stay joined up

Kezzlab Site Manager aims to replace scattered spreadsheets, manual paperwork, and disconnected systems with a single practical platform. It supports business separation, site hierarchies, staff workflows, materials, safety, equipment, documents, and operational data without forcing the product into a lab-only model.

Core Kezzlab Site Manager workflows work without AI. The optional assistant is disabled by default and can be enabled separately by each user.

For Daily Operations

Kezzlab Site Manager keeps calendars, team shifts, leave, quick tasks, maintenance requests, and operational registers close together, so the current state of work is easier to see and easier to act on.

For Controlled Workflows

Documents, work instructions, LOTO sets, VOC records, JSEAs, incidents, and corrective actions can be managed with clear ownership, revision history, supporting evidence, and business-level access control.

For Structured Data

Dataset templates can model real operating forms, including child datasets, calculated fields, dropdowns, attachments, validation rules, charts, and reusable templates approved for system-wide use.

For Materials and Assets

Equipment tasks, storage locations, stocktake entries, orders, receipts, product properties, and materials data can be managed beside the records and people that depend on them.

1

Set the business context

Keep teams, templates, documents, and records scoped to the right business or site.

2

Build the operating structure

Create staff groups, datasets, registers, assets, instructions, safety records, and storage flows.

3

Capture the work

Enter records, attach evidence, request leave, lodge maintenance, complete checks, and keep the trail intact.

4

Review and improve

Use registers, charts, approvals, and audit-friendly histories to understand what happened and what needs attention.

Design principles

Kezzlab Site Manager is shaped around practical field and site workflows: fast entry, clear ownership, business-scoped access, durable records, and enough structure to support reporting without making the day-to-day work feel heavy.

  • Keep records close to the people, assets, and materials they describe.
  • Prefer reusable templates over one-off forms.
  • Make approvals and revision status visible.
  • Support operational evidence, not just typed values.
